Booking An Appointment
Potential clients with hair and scalp concerns must first book a consultation. If you don’t need a consultation NEW clients MUST upload a picture of their natural hair or else the appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. No exceptions.
Do not lie and answer that you've read this page, just to get an appointment, then not honestly complete the questionnaire form. You will be banned and deposit forfeited. If you can't respect the rules of this business we don't want your business.
Consultation required for starter dreadlocks, weave and wig, hair loss & scalp issues.
All clients must complete the Liability Waiver & Questionnaire Form to receive services.
A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment and goes toward your style cost. Deposits are forfeited for no-shows, if you cancel without rescheduling or for not uploading an image of your hair if you’re a new client. Be sure that you want our services before you book an appointment.
Reschedule/Cancellation/No Show Policy
Reschedule appointments 12 hours prior to your appointment from your confirmation email.
You are allowed to reschedule once. After the first reschedule, you will have to pay the remaining balance within 24 hours of rescheduling, in order to keep the second rescheduled appointment. The appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited without payment. Please be sure you can make it to your appointment before you book.
Call/Text if you’re running late, at least 15 minutes, BEFORE your appointment time. There is a 10 minute have period. If no communication is received after 10 minutes your appointment will be automatically canceled and offered to the next person on the wait list. Even if you show up your appointment will be rescheduled.
All no shows are immediately banned from booking in the future.
You will receive 10% off if the stylist reschedules your appointment. You will receive a full refund if the stylist refuses your service.
This business has the right to refuse services to anyone at any time.
Additional Information
For best results, all hair must be clean and product free before styling. If you do not come washed, shampooing service is available and can be added to your service. Hair and scalp health is very important to this business. Services will not be performed on unclean hair or if there are issues with the scalp.
For business purposes, pictures will be taken of the style completed and displayed across our social media sites, Google and on this website. For your privacy your identity is protected; your face will not be shown without your permission.
COVID/Flu and Sanitation safe practices are enforced. Please do not come in sick and risk being turned away.
An entourage is not allowed.
If you schedule your child for an appointment, they must be used to having their hair combed. If your child cries or has issues that may affect providing the service within the scheduled time frame, services will not be performed. Do not book. Braids are to be enjoyed without the trauma. You will be provided easy style tips that can be performed at home to help your child get used to having others do their hair.
There is no major style switching on the day of your appointment. Contact at least a day prior if you wish to change your hairstyle. Will only accommodate if style doesn’t affect the next appointment.
