Booking Process
All new eyelash extension clients MUST complete the Lash Extension Client Consent Form & Questionnaire in its entirety. Failure to complete this form will result in cancellation of the appointment and loss of deposit. You only are required to complete this form one time, unless there is new health information.
A $50 deposit(non-refundable) is required to book an appointment, which goes toward the style cost, All appointments are to be booked through the online portal only.
To showcase my work, pictures will be taken of the style that I’ve completed and displayed across MOBB social media sites, Google and on the MOBB website. If you wish to not have your face displayed, you will need to cover your face or wear a face mask. I reserve all rights to the images and styles I display, but will respect your privacy to conceal your identity. Let me know before I snap a picture of my creativity.
Deposits can be moved to reschedule one time. However they are nonrefundable.
All confirmations are sent to your email address and/or text message. If you unsubscribe from digital communication you will not receive pertinent appointment information.
Consultations are mandatory for all new clients. If you are new to MOBB and don’t book a consultation, the appointment will be changed to a consultation.
For the health of your hair, please come washed to save time or select a wash service. Hair must be clean.
Although I’m vaccinated, Covid safe practices are still required for service: face mask, hand washing/sanitizing and temperature checks during the winter months. If you have been sick and still symptomatic, in any way, within 3 weeks up until the day of your appointment, don't book or reschedule.
Refund Policy
All sales are final on products and services. Be sure to check items before you depart. If you are feeling unhappy with the styling process, please speak up before we're half way complete. You may ask to see the work, during the process, for satisfaction. Depending on the style and how much work has been done, appointment may need to be rescheduled so, to not interfere with appointments proceeding yours . So again, please communicate. Once you leave from MOBB studio you’re agreeing your style is to your satisfaction.
There is a 72 hour guarantee on lash extensions. If you happen to lose any lashes within 72 hours after install you are required to contact MOBB to have missing lashes replaced at no charge.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
If its within your power, the requirement is to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. However, I am willing to reschedule for the next available for last minute cancellations, one time. Only 1 reschedule is allowed. More than 1 will result in loss of deposit and a deposit will need to be paid to book.
20 minutes late, appointment may need to be rescheduled to not delay the next appointment.
No shows are immediately banned.
If the eyelash professional cancels your appointment you have the option of rescheduling for the next available plus receive a 10% inconvenience discount or have your $50 deposit refunded.
