Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale.  Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase and/or delivery when accompanied by the following:

For hair care products, styling tools and accessories:

  • Original receipt/packing slip

  • Total original packaging

All refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Braiding & Crochet Hair

  • Product Samples Packages or Individual Items

  • Single products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned together)

  • Sale Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Customized Orders

Damage Policy:

Once shipped, MOBB Braids ‘n Beauty LLC bears no responsibility for products damaged in transit. In the event of such damage, a claim must be initiated by you, the purchaser and properly filed with the delivering carrier. We will be happy to assist in this process as needed. We can also offer a replacement of the damaged items, or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, upon return of items in question.

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. The addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper. We will be happy to assist if needed.

If a package is returned to our corporate office as ”undeliverable”, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less shipping charges. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a rerouting fee plus the shipping fee.

For Human Hair Bundles:

1. Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any manner so as not to affect onward sales

2. The hair must be in its original bundle and not be untied at the top

3. The hair must be in its original packaging.

NOTICE: CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED

Please do not send unauthorized returns. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.

Shipping Fee: Shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be sent back and the exchange (if applicable), be shipped at your expense.

Note: We recommend that you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.

How to Make an Application for a Refund/Exchange?

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Depending on the situation, we may ask you to send photos/video of the hair

The return package must include: Your name, Your contact number, and order ID

Exchange: Merchandise must be physically received at our corporate office and confirm all items are correct before an exchange can be granted.

Refund: Merchandise must be physically received at our corporate office and all items confirmed correct before a return can be granted. Then we will refund the purchase amount of the product but not the shipping cost.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return item/items via UPS, USPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment, minus return shipping and handling.
